Responsibilities
The Public Works
Department consists of Administration, Roads, Fleet Maintenance,
Facilities Maintenance, and Utilities Divisions. The Public Works
Director manages the day-to-day operations of all the divisions. The
Director leads staff in the development, implementation and monitoring
of the financial, operational and capital budget for the department. The
Director also sits on several committees to ensure that proper planning
of development for the Town is met.
Future Developments
The Public Works Department is working towards developing specific
structures to enhance operations for all Divisions of Public Works
through specific training, planning and team building with all Public
Works staff.
